Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Riverbend Adventures. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any of our travel services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

At Riverbend Adventures, we strive to make your booking process as smooth as the rivers we navigate. All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a confirmation invoice has been issued by us.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled no later than 60 days prior to the departure date.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. However, as we commit resources to ensure the best experience, the following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
• 31-60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost.

3. Travel Insurance

It is a mandatory condition of booking with Riverbend Adventures that all travelers carry comprehensive travel insurance. This insurance should cover personal accident, medical expenses, repatriation, and trip cancellation. We provide assistance in selecting suitable insurance providers but are not liable for any insurance claims.

4. Health and Fitness Requirements

Our adventure packages, particularly kayaking and rafting, require a certain level of physical fitness. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for the chosen expedition. Please consult your physician before booking strenuous activities.

5. Liability and Responsibility

Riverbend Adventures acts as an agent for various transport and accommodation providers. While we choose our partners with extreme care based on their reliability and eco-conscious practices, we do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, or delay caused by these third-party operators.

6. Visa and Documentation

Travelers are responsible for ensuring all passport, visa, and health documents are in order. While we offer visa assistance as a service, the final responsibility lies with the individual traveler to meet all entry requirements for Singapore or any transit countries.
